Great car wash & staff, always! Today, Christian specifically, was so friendly & happy!! These days it is hard to find people who want to work, let alone individuals who have great attitude & stay smiling, like Christian. For 12 dollars I expected a lurks bit more than what I received. I've been to 5.00 car wake that has done a MUCH better job... waste of money.

I have tried many car washes like this one, and no one comes close to tidal wave. I have a monthly membership with my main vehicle (UNLIMITED daily washes for $25 a month), but I just recently came by with my “work vehicle” that has been sitting for a couple of months. The guy working took 10 minutes to THOROUGHLY wash the car before even sending me through the wash. After doing all of that, he grabbed my attention to tell me about a product (one that they don’t sell — so he wasn’t trying to solicit) that could work out the spots left over on the car that were being stubborn.
The attention to detail is always incredible. Their customer service is always excellent. I highly recommend Tidal Wave.
Went by today to get a car wash on a moderately clean car. There was still dirt on the side of my SUV after the wash. I asked the staff to run back through a second time to finish cleaning my vehicle and they declined said I could just borrow their pressure washer if I wanted to. Disappointed in the customer service especially for the price of the wash.
